Project description
In keeping up with global trends in usage-based insurance, the agency created the first 100% digital car insurance – replacing branch offices with a website and app. The focus on transparency, clarity, and intuitiveness drove the product design from day one, and allowed the designers to massively simplify the insurance process. By basing the UX decisions on data from real users (with user research and usability testing) and high-tech methods, the website and app treat users as friends, and provide detailed guidance every step of the way.
