Project description
Le Kolač is the first boutique patisserie in Croatia, whose work is based on a symbiosis of the manufacture and design of sweet products, with the aim of raising awareness of top-tier confectionery and pushing boundaries regarding the freedom of product design and presentation. The very process of food preparation, in this case the conceptualization of confectionery products, does not differ significantly from the design aspect. Every element is carefully conceived, from the concept to its realization and presentation. Confectionery perceived as manufacture combines a broad spectrum of activities involved in its creation.
