The Second Part is a graphic intervention created specifically for the Bernardo Bernardi Gallery. The specific location of the gallery within the larger whole of which it is an integral part, and spatial communication with visitors and passers-by, were the starting point for the intervention that describes the dynamics of both galleries and buildings – the exhibition space is actually a hallway and the border between them is realistically invisible. In a place whose functions are the passage and retention of visitors, the spatial intervention is realized using only graphic elements and intense color playing with the perception of observers and their experience of space. Just as the space manipulates its users by erasing the boundaries of the gallery and hallway, the intervention builds the illusion of some new space.
