The Small Format Gallery PIN studio

The Small Format Gallery in Bol on the island of Brač was designed as an exhibition space for the presentation of various artists from a donated collection of miniatures owned by Ivica Karninčić Koloč. The design approach was based on the need to accommodate a large number of miniature paintings and sculptures in a small space. The design has achieved a complete transformation of existing office space into an open exhibition space with a minimum number of architectural elements. All equipment in the interior was made as total industrial design and the most exciting challenge for the designers and the contractors was the five-meter-long glass volume of the vitrine.
