The theoretical-analytical publication M/F by Leo Rafolt and the opulent visual archive Staging an/d Archive form a complementary two-volume set focused on the first twenty years of Matija Ferlin’s career. Created over two years as a joint venture of the authors—from conceptual development to publication—these books are intended for both specialized and general audiences. „…the title M/F, which acts like an enigmatic cipher with many possible meanings, suggests: these are the initials of Matija Ferlin as the central figure of the book, but also of his closest collaborator, visual artist Mauricio Ferlin.
