The project Da ni nekak bilo…(„If it weren’t a specific way…“) explores cultural continuity by reinterpreting traditional values in the modern home. Through design such as a contemporary version of a traditional stool („štokrlić“), a console inspired by TV doily customs, and other furniture, the project integrates these elements into modern spaces, harmonizing traditional values with contemporary aesthetics. Wall graphics reinterpret traditional tapestries with modern expression. Supported by materials like brochures, wall hangings, and the Treasury of Memories, the project highlights the importance of preserving and reimagining cultural heritage in today’s homes.
