Project description
The Zero Day in Croatia symbolizes the loss of traditional crafts and their custodians. With an absence of successors, efforts are underway to preserve and pass on this invaluable knowledge. Abandoned industrial spaces are being revitalized into workshops where new generations learn from local masters. They utilize TMS technology and EMNG devices to archive and transmit skills. Memories are stimulated and muscle movements encoded, capturing data from donors for replication via electrodes. Apprentices receive a tattoo as a badge of their acquired knowledge. The workshop’s museum invites visitors to engage firsthand, replicating skills through tactile experiences and stimulation devices.
