The English language learning manual, written by Dora Fila Butković and Patrick Burton, is an initiative of the Zagreb Tourist Board, launched in collaboration with the Ministry of the Interior and the Zagreb Police Department. It is specifically designed for Zagreb contact police officers, enabling them to master the English language while simultaneously learning interesting facts about the city. The manual contains practical, unpretentious, and humorous texts and dialogues, tailored to real-life situations that officers encounter when interacting with the city’s tourists.
