The Sea is Glowing Dinko Peračić, Oleg Šuran

Project description
Always the same problem with the exhibition of video works: either the images and sounds interfere or the works remain disconnected. A cacophony or series of rooms. Here, everyone is in the same space, and each one is complete and unique. Large moving pictures with rear projections allow us to get close to them, to immerse ourselves. The coverings absorb sound and set us apart from the rest of the large port hall. Each work has its own ambience, while outside the edges of the image, we see the common space of the exhibition. Sounds partly emerge from their niches. Small backlight legends are smoldering. In the central space, light and sounds merge into a pulsating, shared Glowing Sea.
