Torać Valentina Fuzul

The product represents a condensed representation of the olive stone mill production process and is inspired by the main step of the process – olive grinding. It serves as an interactive souvenir to get the olive spread by rotating the top lid and crushing the olives. As the goal of researching the local tradition of olive harvesting and the century-old mill Torać itself, a product was created that, through the simplicity of form and function, provides users with an insight into a part of the process of traditional ways of obtaining food products – in this case, olive spread.
