An illustrated book for children and adults, The No.1 Birdtailing Detective Agency is a specially commissioned noir text about the Siamese cat Milica, an outsider among domestic cats in a sizzling Mediterranean city. The choice of colors and format of the book reminds us of those we grew up with, but contemporary typography and illustration, as well as the text itself, make it a document of the times. The hard cover is refined by a hand-crafted screen-printed bookbinding cloth that wraps around the spine of the book making it an interesting object.
