Project description

Odak is a last name nickname for family Šimunović. Records of their oil production found in Dubrovnik archives date back to 17th century. Odakolivo, the olive oil’s name, is therefore designed to form a continuous ring, echoing the long tradition. It is the basis of both the visual identity and the packaging design. The repetition of the logo creates three equal “front labels” — minimal, romantic and factographic. Table at the last section is meant to be hand filled giving an impression of craftsmanship.
