Il Grande Studio Tumpić/Prenc

Il Grande, literally translated as “big one”, while symbolizing a giant, is a red coupage, i.e., a blend of multiple grape sorts (60% Teran, 20% Merlot, and 20% Cabernet franc). According to the words of its producer, this is exactly what makes it a wine of giant strength. Keeping all that in mind, we have decided to use the illustration on the label to immortalize the most famous Istrian giant, Veli Jože, who, according to the well-known legend, lived right in the area where this wine is produced, between the hills of Vižinada and Nardući close to Motovun, to be more precise.
