Flowers of the Promenade Ela Leko

Project description

The tapestry was created in collaboration between TTF and ReGalerija, where the collection was created through months of research. The original inspiration for the design of the collection and tapestry was taken from nature, which is a place from which the designer constantly take elements that she simplifies and abstracts. In further research, she additionally connected the design with the collection of poems Flowers of Evil, whose verses interspersed with positive and inspiring feelings she tried to convey in her collection. She compared and upgraded all the works from this collection, until she felt the work radiated positive energy that she wanted to pass on to the observer.
