100% COVID Free Journey, booking system and digital strategy Studio Sonda

In Poreč, it is customary to reward yourself with a trip after the working season. As this was not possible due to the 2020 pandemic, an alternative was offered: 100% COVID-free travel by book! The library became a travel agency, and its website was designed like a “booking system” which was then connected to the library’s online catalog, so that it was possible to search and book a “destination” (which is in fact a book), and then even send an e-postcard from that “trip”. Users were informed about everything through newsletters, and the posters donated by agencies which were pasted over with QR codes linking to the website. The results were record-breaking: +194.40% members, +221.74% borrowed books, +40% web visits, FB Organic reach + 23.91% etc.
