Microcassette – The Smallest Cassette I’ve Ever Seen Sara Pavleković Preis

Project description
Microcassette – the smallest cassette I’ve ever seen is a hybrid short film (with elements of feature, documentary, animated and experimental film) which uses combined techniques, cutting, stop animation etc. Among the garbage heaps of a big landfill on the island of Lošinj, Zoki, the protagonist, uncovers a microcassette. A close study of the discarded object serves as a tribute to coincidence and imagination. The aesthetics of a collage on a poster, the choice of typography, and the subtle typographic decisions associatively follow the motifs that appear throughout the film.
