The exhibition The Century of the Child in Croatia basically shows various aspects of childhood and schooling and children’s culture in the 20th century. The permanent post is in dialogue with the exhibition – selected items are marked with a characteristic orange color. In the hall of 65m2, the 20th century is shown, divided into several units marked by orange lines. Along with the wall enlargements, the originals are on display. The audience had access to books and objects. Lack of space compensates for the content on the screens. In addition to the historical overview, one hall shows the dark side and the other the playful side of the playroom’s childhood.
