Lokrum - Bothanical garden Šesnić&Turković

Project description

The project included the design of trails, signage and interpretation of the Botanical Garden on Lokrum. The signage is designed so that over the years it integrates with the plant material of the botanical garden, and in a way that it does not compete with its environment but upgrades it. The markings are not fixed but sway in the wind, and the plants can envelop the totems and pass through the letters. Also, the materials from which the signage is made will mature as will the plants around them.
