Project description
In 2018, at the public design competition for the visual identity of the Croatian Presidency of the Council of the European Union 2020, the international jury awarded the first prize to the work called ‘Typographic Chessboard’ of student Iva Primorac from the School of Design Zagreb, created under the mentorship of Stipe Brčić and Marija Juza. This was followed by two years of cooperation in the field of government design and the creation of international visibility EU2020HR through extensive development and application and complete design of visual communications, product design, interaction design and spatial and graphic interventions. The design was a result of the work done by a large team of students, experts and teachers, who rethought their own national and European identity through cultural, social and political dimensions and contents.
