Project description

The goal of the Zagreb 2100 project is to shed light on climate change in Zagreb and explore possible scenarios throughout this century, depending on how we manage urban greenery. The project began with research into the oldest trees in Zagreb, examining the environments in which they grew in the past and projecting future conditions. To illustrate the challenges posed by climate change, the designer developed a concept for a TikTok filter (conceptual, not implemented). This filter would allow users to visualize a specific location in a utopian or dystopian scenario by adjusting parameters such as temperature, precipitation, and biodiversity in a virtual environment.
