Relying on the found footage tradition, a train shot from Buster Keaton’s Sherlock Jr. becomes the basis for an experiment in which the film narrative is reconstructed and new dramatic conflicts are created through specific editing techniques. This process-oriented approach to filmmaking also served as the starting point for the poster design. The visual was printed on A4 paper using low-quality printing, the sheet was folded and photographed, and the resulting image was digitally processed and ultimately reproduced as a two-color screen print on black paper.
