The Moja Croatia app is the central space for the relationship between insurance users and the insurance company. After several years of intensive use, it was time to enhance the app’s functionality and navigation, and to do so using all the gathered insights into user behavior. The users are now enabled to access everything they need in one place: insurance overview, damage reporting, and appointment scheduling. The Spektar rewards program was introduced to recognize and reward user loyalty. Additionally, users can win prizes through the Croatia FIT program, which was redesigned in order to further motivate them for earning valuable rewards through walking.
