Project description

Inspired by the dystopian setting and character Guy Montag from the book and film Fahrenheit 451, the collection explores the influence of media on individuals in the future. It visualizes the transformation from a media-corrupted mind to a free spirit, reflecting the entrenched consumption and obsession with the media. The collection is divided into 3 groups, Higher-ups, Followers and Rebels. Higher-ups draw inspiration from movie villains and military uniforms, the Followers from work uniforms, and the Rebels wear functional pieces with prints that symbolize the revolution. The collection is presented with a digital lookbook with six outfits, made with various 3D software.
