In the jubilee year 2021, Music Biennale Zagreb was divided into four concert blocks. The visual identity is conceived as a flexible system controlled by a visible grid, sound and animation are an integral part of the identity as well. The dynamics of the composition and the animation refer to the modernism of the New Tendencies. The digital aleatoric compositions of the acoustic sound of the clarinet is an homage to the experimental techniques of the 1960s. The Celebration — Continuum rotating wheel is a postmodern element. The typography is contemporary, not even half a decade old. The identity is layered — contemporary in media, digital in execution, analog in concept — like MBZ, it connects different time periods.
