Inhale Victoria Bucul

Inhale is an automaton inspired by breathing and the movements that occur in the body when breathing. A mechanism consisting of four gears pulls the cardboard rolls, causing them to expand and contract like our lungs during inhalation and exhalation. The cardboard rolls are glued to each other to obtain an elastic element from the inflexible material. The gears, as well as the frame, are made of mediapan and connected to the rolls with a wooden rod. The blue color gradient applied to the cardboard rolls suggests airiness, freshness and peace, and on the smallest gear it hints at the correct use of the automaton. The main goal is to create a pleasant and calming atmosphere for the users.
