Posthuman Exercises is a hybrid publication of seven meditations. It combines a RISO printed graphic poster with QR codes that lead to the audio version of the meditation, accompanied by an insert reader which reflects poetically on the meditations through a theoretic lens. The illustration was in the making during a several month process of fermentation and glitch, collaging photo and video material inspired by the meditations. Along with the printed graphic it was also embodied digitally as covers for the audio files.
