Discovering the "microworld" of biodynamic wines Studio Tumpić/Prenc

Biodynamic wines, such as the Šuran wine, are made from grapes which have not been treated with chemicals, herbicides, or pesticides. The idea behind the label is based on the most important characteristic of biodynamic agriculture – enriching the soil with natural preparations which significantly increase its microbiological activity. In the design, microorganisms have been represented, in a cross section of the soil, by letters forming a text written by the Italian Slow Food activist Carlo Petrini. In his quote, Petrini instructs us to return to ancient knowledge of farmers. The small text, invisible to the naked eye, can be read with a magnifying glass built into the lid of the packaging.
