Fiume Fantastika is the result of extensive research into the Rijeka phenomena conducted by DeltaLab (UNIRI). In 800 pages, it outlines the key episodes of the city’s fantastic history. It is divided into 3 parts, each designed differently, according to the materials presented & type of reading/viewing. The 1st in 10 chapters – structured according to the pavilions and layout of the exhibition of the same name – presents the exhibition, texts, historical materials & illustrations of the phenomena. The 2nd is dedicated to the Croatian pavilion at the 17th Venice Architecture Biennale – Togetherness/Togetherless, and the 3rd is a series of essays – Urban Studies Reader. Published in English and Croatian variants, with 2 different covers: as „ground plan“ and cult photograph.
