EKO International Triennial of Art and Environment Rafaela Dražić

Project description
The EKO Triennial was founded in Yugoslavia in 1980, and is dedicated to contemporary visual arts and environment, exploring the intersections between the current socio-economic challenges, environmental policies, and post-colonial globalisation. After more than 10 years break, A Letter to the Future is an exhibition of the relaunched Triennial, thematically evolved from a memorial plaque marking the loss of the Okjökull glacier. The project brings visions and propositions by more than 30 international, curated by Alessandro Vincentelli. Visual identity is based on three keywords: glaciers, MMT factory where the exhibition took place and art motives combined in typo-photo forms.
