CASEin project - Innovative system of sustainable packaging for self-production Toni Bilić

The CASEin project researches and designs a new biodegradable material, CASEin, based on milk protein and systematically contributes to a more rational use of organic waste and industrial by-products with the aim of environmental protection and reducing pollution caused by disposable packaging. The CASEin material has a structural part made of sawdust, coffee grounds or dry leaves. The CASEin project systematically solves promotion of the material’s use in the local community in order to engage them into making this material at home as a substitute for disposable packaging. This project networks local businesses with the local community in the aim of easier procurement of ingredients for CASEin.
