Project description

The idea behind the experimental book Without the third (Bez trećega)* was to create a way of reading for three people in order to emphasize the presence of a third person who is not present in the play ‘Bez trećeg’ by Milan Begović, but seems as they are. The book is also intended as a kind of team building exercise where readers have to listen to and trust each other, unlike the characters in the drama whose lack of these qualities led to a tragic end. Reading is designed so that everyone has their own position and the book moves as one person reads. That is why the text does not flow linearly, but is arranged so that when one person finishes reading, the text continues for the other until they reach the end together.
