Karlovac City Museums Andro Giunio, Sven Sorić

The visual identity of the Karlovac City Museums consists of a system of elements whose task is to solve the complex problem of identifying four locations and thematically different institutions as part of a complete system. Each location is coded through location labels, a color, and geometric elements. Common to all locations are the primary and secondary typography and the design grid. The system is flexible and modular, adapted to digital and print media. The variety of programs and the amount of different applications required a modern approach that enables numerous permutations without compromising the recognizability of an individual location in relation to the whole.
