TalentLyft Bien design

TalentLyft is a Croatian digital product – HR web application for searching, selecting and recruiting candidates. The main goal was to put the candidate at the centre of the selection process through an organic design approach and with direct and continuous client collaboration. Competition research has opened the opportunity to approach a complex application through a vibrant branding solution to target users in a more humane way. The application covers different segments of the recruitment process – finding and engaging candidates to apply, conducting selection, maintaining communication with candidates, analysis and statistics.
