The main idea is to present real events from Colombian history through the plot in the book.
Collage photographs and inscriptions related to historical events are placed in the book where the plot is directly related to an actual event. Collages are used in order to provoke readers and interrupt them in reading. They represent a „seal“ or „confirmation“ that the stated events which are subtly retold through the plot are true and are part of history. The layout and appearance of the book reflect the theme of historical events and evoke an atmosphere of the plot of the book.
