Design Islands Infinum

Design used to be experienced in one’s surroundings, and exhibitions were the only way for a wider audience to see the designer’s work. Today, a huge amount of content is available online, but we still lack insight into the background of polished case studies. The idea that design as a process is much more than a final solution has helped starting the initiative to create a different way of displaying content. Design Islands is a platform that brings to the surface unfinished projects, ideas, and concepts that would otherwise remain hidden. It is an endless sea with scattered islands of content. The ultimate goal is to gather community, initiate discussions, and uncover different process insights.
