Project description
The work is not in competition for the award
The Centre for Designing Everyday Life is a partnership project between three NGOs, a public institution in culture and local self-government that explores and evaluates the possibility of creating an institution based on participatory governance in the field of design and related areas. In a two-year period local community and professionals are invited to take part in numerous activities. The concept is based on the premise that between culture and everyday life exists a deeply rooted connection and that cultural and creative activities, especially in the field of design, shape our living environments, making them experientially richer, more stimulating and layered.
