Hajduk is one of the few football clubs that can brag of the sentimental meaning it has for its fans. Precisely because of the multitude of different features that glorify Hajduk, the idea was to create a place that every visitor to Poljud will stop at. The concept is based on moving away from standard memorial monuments by merging abstract forms into figurative form. The central installation of the park is conceived in the form of a spatial sculpture built of mutually dislocated elements that at first glance create an abstract composition while from one point of view form the name of the club — HAJDUK. The design was conceived as a monument of unconditional love for Hajduk.
