Project description

The book ,Ivan Posavec — Countrymen by Feđa Gavrilović, is based on long-time research as well as numerous projects which the author and respected photographer have worked on together over the years. Well-known series are analyzed from a new perspective, while lesser known series are presented for the first time. The design of the book was inspired by a single word the artist used to describe his work — opposites. Opposites, as well as parallels — the opposite of opposites, are strewn throughout the pages of this book, in the visual elements and the interplay of photographs on each spread.
