Growth takes time Bilić_Müller studio

Project description
In 2019, the area of Zaton Holiday Resort was hit by a devastating storm that damaged or destroyed a large number of trees, including the trees in the forest above this park. The reforestation started by taking care of young trees that sprouted under the larger ones (natural regeneration) and planting new seedlings (afforestation). To relive the shade of large trees and the typical forest ambience, it takes time. The park is a dedication to the forest that has disappeared. The environmental graphic of the park is dedicated to the life cycle of the Aleppo pine and the time it takes for the forest to grow again.
